I purchased this for my daughter in college as a gift. She loves the drum set, but says that one of the cymbals is not very responsive. I have sent her the info to contact the company, but the hassle of packing to ship...I do not know yet. Otherwise, the ordering process was better than expected. The item was in stock, for the correct system, and shipped right away. The problems with the product has nothing to do with any mishandling of the order. I will say that we are really happy with the compatibility issue that will allow us to use the drums on other systems. ZZounds had the BEST PRICE for a new unboxed item.
